Unbelievable professional customer service, so refreshing to see that it exist nowadays! Took my truck in to have the belt tensioner, idler pulley, and serpentine belt replaced. Luckily, Jerry noticed that my water pump was starting to fail. Turns out that's what was causing the squeaking, little drops of coolant here and there onto the belt.
