Unbelievable professional customer service, so refreshing to see that it exist nowadays! Took my truck in to have the belt tensioner, idler pulley, and serpentine belt replaced. Luckily, Jerry noticed that my water pump was starting to fail. Turns out that's what was causing the squeaking, little drops of coolant here and there onto the belt. You saved me from what could have turned into a disaster during a 1000 mile plus drive hauling a trailer. Thank you Jerry, thank you to all of your mechanics, and thank you to all of your staff!
